“Quick Consult” NEW! The Quick Consult is designed for Realtors who want to provide a value-added service to their clients. Sometimes a reluctant home seller has trouble understanding why their home needs a boost to compete favorably with other homes on the market, and they may be hesitant to follow through on suggestions. This is where the Professional Stager comes in! With specialized expertise in Staging and selling homeowners on the idea of Staging and the need for it, we can help to “get the ball rolling!” Don’t risk adding tension to your relationship with your client—let us be the (gentle, but persistent) messenger that helps them see how potential buyers will view their home. “Stage-It-Now” NEW! This is a “hands on” service for energetic homeowners and Realtors. For two hours, we will roll up our sleeves (together!) to create Staging Magic and transform your home. Fee: $250. Be prepared to be “wowed!” We will provide you with a suggested list of “prep” work to do before the Staging day, so that you get the most bang for your buck! “Wow Factor” (Open House Detailing) NEW! Call us in to do last minute detailing in preparation for your Open House. One to two hours of controlled chaos and small miracles. Nothing will escape this Professional Stagers’ detailed eye and extensive checklist. Hourly rates apply. |

Professional Staging Consultation A Professional Consultation is $350 for a 2-3 hour review of your home (approx. time for up to 3000 sq ft home.) This includes a detailed, printed list of recommendations for Staging your home, with a “Top 10” list of priorities. Larger homes or special circumstances that require more than 3 hours will be billed additionally at $100 per hour. At the time of the consultation, we will take “before” pictures of your home, with your permission. Hourly We are available at an hourly rate for jobs such as personal shopping, “Spot Staging”, planning and arranging delivery of furniture rental, coordinating external vendors (such as painters, landscapers, cleaners, handymen etc.) Bid Preparation We are also available to provide a free bid for the complete Staging® of your home. This requires a visit to your home and approximately 30-45 minutes to review your home. We provide a written flat-fee bid for the Staging® of your home (or any particular rooms that you would like to have Staged.) At the time of the bid, we will take “before” pictures of your home, with your permission. Staging (Flat Fee) My flat-fee Staging® includes transportation, loading, delivery, setup, furniture arrangement, accessorizing, fresh or silk flowers and “de-staging” when your home is sold. The accepted bid will also be accompanied by a complete list of recommendations for work needing to be done before I Stage® the home. We will be happy to provide you with referrals to services such as cleaning, painting, floor refinishing and landscaping if you require them. We can also coordinate such services for you. For my clients’ benefit, we have arranged special pricing and terms on furniture rentals, and other services. Ask us for details. |
